Who We Are
Born from personal loss. Fueled by purpose. Dedicated to every survivor who deserves to be heard.
A Letter From the Heart of VOICE
VOICE Outreach & Advocacy Foundation was not born in a boardroom. It was born in grief — in the quiet, devastating aftermath of loss that no family should ever have to endure.
We started this organization because we know firsthand what it means to love someone who was silenced by domestic violence. We know the helplessness. The questions that never get answered. The systems that feel impossible to navigate when you are already broken.
But we also know something else: survivors are not defined by what happened to them. They are defined by what they become after. And with the right support, the right resources, and a community that refuses to look away — they become extraordinary.
VOICE stands for Victims Outreach, Intervention, Care & Empowerment. Every word is intentional. Every program we offer is designed to meet survivors exactly where they are — with dignity, compassion, and unwavering commitment.
We serve the Greater Houston community because this is our home. And in this home, no one should suffer in silence.
"Your story did not end with what happened to you. It begins with what you become after."
With love and purpose,
VOICE Foundation Team
